Thanks for the warm welcome!
Not sure if the Fronty will be up to my style of extreme off roading but it might get to the occasional play day type event. (I don't feel safe without a roll cage - I make use of 'em regularly!) Until very recently I've been a regular competitor on Northern Counties Off Road Triallers Club events using a seriously modified Suzuki Samurai (2.0i Carlton engine & box, loooong travel coils all round, rad in the back, full cage, etc).
The main use for the Fronty is to be as a tug for the caravan and for the transporter trailer for the Suzi. It's a replacement for my Ford Explorer which I can no longer afford to feed and which I need to sell before I can transfer the insurance to the Fronty.
I've also got a very long term project on the go to convert a Dutton Sierra kit car into a road legal serious 4X4 competion motor. It's been on the go 8 years now but I.... will..... finish.....it.....one......day!
Oh! And by the way, my other car is a M reg Skoda Favorit estate (stop sniggering you at the back....)
Cheers,
Simon H

Will sort pics of the Fronty when I get it out of the garage sometime next month if/when I sell the Explorer.
Here's a couple of pics of the trialler:
And here's one of the Dutton project:
