in relation to the stainby weekend ,

there are many different views about the viking way i am sure there may be people who wish to use it during the weekend

althoug some members may not condone the use of a lane in that condition i am comforted in the knowledge that any fog members or none members attending the event who wish to use it will take upmost care and not cause any nusience / damage
to this lane ,

i can see there are some strong views about its use and or misuse so i am going to concentrate on making the weekend on the pay and play site as good as posible for those attending ,

a greenlaning trip is not part and parcel of attending the venue but those who wish to use it are free to make up there own minds weather they wish to or not

I would just like to say in the past 10 years that i have used the viking way that it has got worse but i would like to point out that this is not down to trials bikes or 4x4`s most of it is down to tractors as me and some of my friends have come across these on the viking way churning it up with there tractors and digging holes with there jcb`s,just to make life hard for us??? because they think it is there personal property(no offence to farmers meant by the way).Part of the viking way were you cross the A607 to head towards woolsthorpe was blocked at one point by big concrete tubes to try and stop us,but were removed a couple of months later. In all my time of driving the viking way i have allways gine way to bikes/horses and walkers and taken care about how i drive my vehicle on there,if you stick to these sensible actions then you will have no problem at all
