ok ill try to make it a bit easier to understand if i can???

right to come to the event is £22.50 this covers site hire and insurance
this is payable even if you are only coming for one day or if you dont want to drive, sorry even split between all

ok to drive for a single day is £5.00

to drive for both days £10.00

so if you only wish to attend on sat or sunday then its £27.50

if you are coming for two day and driving on both its £32.50
remember camping is from friday night but no driving on friday

ok so now we get complicated here if we get 15 people arrive or attend the the entry fee drops to £15.00 but its still £5.00 for sat and £5.00 for sunday giving us a total of £25.00 each

in conclusion come along see what you think get dirty/drunk ect ect lol

muddypluka
PS erlier in this thread i posted a breakdown of prices for the weekend if you only wish to attend for one day take off the £5.00 driving fee for the day you wont be attending if you dont wish to drive at all take of £10.00 from the prices .( on Page Three)

yes sugarbabe if you come along and dont drive you dont have to pay the 5 pounds a day
if things stay as they are then you will have to pay 22.50 for the weekend hope this clears things a little for you

I might have to get a trailer for food

How about placing various tags across the site, and placing them in easy and dificult to reach places, and the one who gets the most wins??

Rather than reading back through 12 pages of messages, what is the date for this event... my calendar has recently been revised and I might now be free :D
