Frontera Technical Support

Hi everyone, Im Luke and New to this forum.
On my second frontera so far (both this year). First was a 1992 2.3td lwb but found it far to gutless and lots wrong with it so outed that one and now got a 1995 2.2 petrol lwb. Much better so far.
I mainley use it for green laneing around Sussex and Surrey, been doing this for about 2 years and love it. Decided to get frontera as needed more seats as last off roader was a two seat pick up.
Ive been reading all or most of articals on this forum about lifting rear susspension on my truck (coil Springs) and am still confused. Like the idea of fitting Trooper coils to gain the lift I want (between 2" - 3"). Can anyone tell me exactley what Trooper Coils I need, ie standard or HD and year / model and how much lift will I get. Prob going to get them from Explorer as need the longer shocks aswell.
