ok peeps we have 11 definates and 4 possibles
if it stays this way the price will be 32.50 each
if the 4 possibles can make it the price drops to 25.00 each
so if thre is anyone else out there that may be interested in coming along please pm sugarbabe and get on the list

i am sorcing a couple of barrels / empty drums to turn them into BBQS
for the event

I think this is going to be a second annual meet in one year I thought allot of people turned up to sugarbabes quarry, that was a very enjoyable weekend.

What'ds this going to be like with a barbecue sat night and drinking and getting muddy on the Sunday.

Bring your mates Paul does not matter if they have something other than a fronty the more the merrier that's what I say. Just let me know I'll update the list.

Muddyplukka when will you need the deposits by?

hi all ok if every one who is coming or a possible pms me thre email address ill email you the details for the deposit and a booking form type thing so you can print them out and send them back to me asap

on the form i ask for dates attending and contact details ect ect
looks like we have 17 people coming if all possibles can make it should be a great weekend
