I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Karl and I've just bought a 1998 2.2 LWB A Frontera. I'm making the switch back to cars from motorbikes and thought the Frontera would fit my needs perfectly.
It's a bit of a dog and needs a substantial amount of work. I only bought her yesterday and no sooner had I driven away than the engine management light came on
She's going to undergo a full service with the extra bits as well on my drive this weekend in the hope it solves some of the issues. I've already spent the day sorting sticking locks, lights and a few other minor little bits whilst all my service items are on order.
Anyway enough of my blabbing - I look forward to speaking to and meeting some of you, and picking your brains about the issues with my car
I also look forward to some greenlaning once I've done a full switch out with brand new suspension and brakes.
