ok ive spoken with the landowner and he has clarified the details of what is required for insurance all i need now is a defenate date for the meet
its cheep enough to do the weekend if we get enough people coming
Site 60 + 60 saturday and sunday
insurance 105
=
£225 for the weekend camping is included free from friday to sunday
so ten cars = 32.50 each for both days
and 20 cars = 21.50 for bothe days
the landrover owners take 30 plus verhicles on this site at a time so if we can get more then even better for all of us

Think carefully about a date.
There is Ste's weekend on 9/10 March, the Yahoo FOG meet on 28/29 April
So I would suggest from May onwards (allowing peeps time to plan and save).
Just my thoughts

I have a tent, and dont mind using it. But if there is a guest house WITH A BAR, then i would prefere that
We can work it out nearer the time.
