Well last night i took off the inlet manifold and cleaned it up! What a difference.... This morning i don't think it has ever started or run that well since i have owned it! To all you DTi owners, DO IT and DO IT NOW!

No mod as such just fitted some terra firm disco +2" springs and shocks that i have been given that were brand new but because i have changed the rear axel and put a trooper axel on the rear prop is too long. So i need to shorten the prop and fit some dislocation cones and spring retainers.

Replaced knackered water pump on trooper, all good now.

Changed my gearbox and transfer box oils - there was a small weep and managed to loose 1 litre of oil from the gearbox
Then fitted new tensioner and fan belt
Finally lifted the rear bumper to match the body lift
Inlet manifold and egr all cleaned up
Just got the new turbo so attached it to the exhaust manifold, prep for tomorrow

Tomorrow will be fit the turbo and change pipes and cooler to larger ones, then try and sort out some.rear braking before running the turbo in.

well today i have fitted a trooper gearbox to the 2.8 and solid flywheel fits like a dream now to get it taxed and back on road been a long time

Adjusted the steering box on Truck, seems the steering was a bit 'loose'

Seems someones had a go in the past. Irwins bolt extractors were firmly in play tonight
