and today i bite the bullet and did the cam belt.... so much more fun with out a spring loaded tensioner so today it has had a new cam belt, water pump and coolent.... it doesnt seam to have a leak... and i hope it dont.. and heres a pic of me half way through it ![]() CARTREK

Took the truck for a wee tour of the country with Angie navigating, she slept most of it, so the sat nav came out... so look out all when at Bobbies..... Yes, you CAN get 6 fronty tyres AND rims And a home made shorty roof rack And her shopping into a Fronty all at the same time... so with all the important stuff inside and Angie lashed on the roof rack (teach her to snore on the m/way) we then wobbled down the road on the way home via Alfies .... More tea (I like tea btw, coffee on the other hand... All in all, a good day was had, thanks. Angie was tired out when we got home (too much sleep lol) and I've now got to try and remember how it all went in so I can get it all out ready for work tommorrow! This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been
Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Changed the oil and filter on the 2.2 Tried my bullbars on franks 2.8 wich he didnt like so they are back up for sale .Wound the torsion bars up a couple of turns on the 2.2 to try and alter the ride abit. Will try it out on the drive to work tomorrow

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Today i finished fitting the rear axel with its lift, just need to get the rear prop shortened and extend the rear brake flexi. Fitted some nice 32" BFG's. Started winding the front up a couple of inches and bang goes the bolt head on the torsion bar bolt. Looking at it im surprised it aint gone before now. Will upload some pics when i get a moment
