Lets just hope they all get on allright :?

Tis confirmed. I will be arriving in the g/f's Bighorn towing the tin tent ... she will be arriving in the Frontera. She hasn't got a towing licence and the 3.1TD Bighorn is far better at towing than the 2.3 Frontera.

Any chance of some diagnostics on the day chaps? Am hoping to meet everyone at the workshop Friday (if I'm reminded where and when that is...) but would at some point like to plug my old girl in and see why I still have these error codes. The proper tech must give a better idea than the paperclip flashcodes right? This is all, of course, dependant on it working long enough to get me to Kent... Needless to say if anyone sees a green sport conked out on the M25 they should at least wave as they pass!

We've also bought a pinnate and loads of e numbers for the kids. And when the donkey has been beaten to death Gem can use the stick to batter stretch for not doing the radiator hoses up properly pmsl

Had these two wee beasties come South on my wagon this morning, want me to "lose" one for ya??

And for an idea of scale, each one is strapped to a full size 1x1.2m pallet.

Pop one of these under the bonnet and we might be getting somewhere.
I'll admit visibility might be an issue, and you might notice just the barest hint of turbo lag. But considering the 2.3 hasn't got a 0-60 figure because there's no cliff tall enough you can drive it off to get the acceleration, one of these ought to give the motor that extra bit of oomph.
It could shave hours off the trip to the shops

I/2 a sleep to go!!
Yes, you re that right. I could only get the one night of work so I'm hoping for an hour or so's kip tonight and a couple in the morning.

To answer the above, I'm aiming for a mid afternoon arrival so I've PM'd my number. The more the merrier though as reception can be flaky in the woods.

Greg - radiator pickup sorted.
Stretch - powersounder likewise.

Bring it on.

Yep, somehow looking forward to this, despite the weather forecast.

4 camera batteries charged, 3 memory cards formatted
Video camera battery currently on charge, Dogcam equipment sorted (the predecessor to the "gopro")
Satnav charged and plotted.

Just need to pack the car tomorrow morning (after getting a haircut)
