***Supplies List for the Weekender in the Woods...Fri 23th-Mon 26th August 2013**** The FOG-B-Q will be at the Weekender in the Woods, it seems a good plan to stick up a list again of supplies needed for Foggers to stick their names against... Thanks everyone for your support and contributions.... Below there are two lists, one for Saturday, one for Sunday...the idea being that we don't get someone coming Sunday with all the bread rolls, and none on Saturday (if that makes sense) PLEASE NOTE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT IF YOU PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST BELOW AS BRINGING SUPPLIES THAT YOU EITHER TURN UP WITH THE STUFF OR CALL ME BEFORE 8AM ON THE DAY IF YOU AREN'T COMING SO WE HAVE A CHANCE TO SOURCE THE SUPPLIES THAT WE WILL BE MISSING!!! Please copy and paste the most current version of both the lists, feel free to add more if you wish, and stick your name against what you are able to bring (bearing in mind each item will need to be enough for all the people on the list...but more that one name can be put against each item) We know have a freezer and 2nd fridge up my workshop (donated by Fudge) so can store frozen stuff as required from Friday/Saturday, for Sunday... Saturdays Supplies List Charcoal... Camping stove…Kel Coffee...Greg n Sally Teabags...Greg n Sally Sugar...Greg n Sally Milk...Greg n Sally Ketchup... Paper Plates...Enough from last time Cutlery...got from last time Bread Rolls... Sausages… Burgers… Bacon... Cheese Slices/Onions (already sliced would be useful)... Oil n Condiments... Chicken pieces… Pork Steaks… Kebabs… Coleslaw/Potato Salad/other plants… Butter/Margarine... Soft Drinks (Diet)...Random Ross Soft Drinks (Full Fat)…Random Ross Cakes/Donuts… BRING YOUR OWN MUGS... Chairs to sit on... Cold Boxes (as many as possible please) Water containers Sundays Supplies List Charcoal... Camping stove...Kel Coffee...Greg n Sally Teabags...Greg n Sally Sugar...Greg n Sally Milk...Greg n Sally Ketchup... Paper Plates...Enough from last time Cutlery...got from last time Bread rolls... Soft Drinks (Diet)…Random Ross Soft Drinks (Full Fat)…Random Ross Cakes/Donuts.. BRING YOUR OWN MUGS... Chairs to sit on... Cold boxes… Water containers And anything anyone else wants to add... As for everyone who is coming down Friday evening, I am gonna suggest that everyone just brings what they want to eat as this will make it a lot less confusing, the BBQ will be lit and then we can pool the stuff on the evening, or just cook individually whatever is easier, or do a takeaway run like the last couple of times. Oh and don't forget BEER (with alcohol Ian!) See you all at the weekend, we are gonna have a blinder...everyone cross your fingers and toes for good weather ...

Just thinking from the past, how many times we've had to raid Tesco on Sunday for rolls. So is that an I reckon so for just doing lunch or for doing lunch and dinner?

Pork Steaks… Kebabs… BRING YOUR OWN MUGS... Chairs to sit on... Cold boxes… Water containers Doesn't seem to be a great deal left on the list that I can assist with! We still need charcoal for sunday? Could probably find some of that when I fill up the tank, but how much do we need exactly?! Do we have enough buns and such now as it's been mentioned numerous times but is marked off on both lists, has it been doubled up now or do we still need more? If the fridge+freezer are at the workshop does that mean food kept in the woods will be inevitably warm? Is there a way to preserve the alcohol? I'm a lager boy and it's not so refreshing warm Anything else still needed? Can't help with coolbox/water containers and such. Will need to find an appropriate log to sit on as well so will be surviving on bare minimum of resources this weekend Edit : who is bringing the girls? I have a whole weekend away from my boys after all

Sack o' charcoal for Sunday would be useful, and more dead stuff always gets a warm reception (ba dum tish ) Whatever you fancy, really - just cos it's got a name against it already doesn't mean you can't bring more.

Oh and don't forget BEER (with alcohol Ian!)
