Just a few jobs left to do on the lwb, fix the head gasket being the biggest one.

2" lift fitted and the 265 75 16s fitted, the rough country shox also soft bull bar and spots all fitted shame the gasket let go 350 miles after I spent the money on the other bits and bobs.

Is there likely to be much deep water ? I don't intend fitting a snorkel to this truck but may modify the airbox a little and add a length of ducting to move the air intake to the rear of the engine bay but this needs to be removable so as not to impact on the fuel consumption and performance for the longer journeys.

There shouldn't be much water gary  However there is always a chance of commimg across some deep water
I have no snorkel fitted and only have a bit of pipe under the front wing  so if there is any deep water i will kill the v6 first as i am leading
So don't worry to much

had a bit off good news i didnt have to have my clutch replaced the arm to the slave cylinder was foooked thats what was causing the car to kangaroo when cold. they welded it and inspected the clutch, he said the clutch must be new as it has very lil wear :) and i had X2 bolts missing from propshaft but all sorted now and clutch sent back only cost me 30bucks for work and inspection, oh and rear diff has a bit of play ... my local garage is brill i took my 330d there to get tracked and balanced all four wheels and when i asked how much he said just give me a fiver you can buy my lunch :).... just need some boots now for this week end

MILNER OFFROAD bud for modulars
265/75/16 if your goin for 16"s??????? Although A series steels will be cheaper to get hold of and a nice set of 31/10.50/15s would set it off nicely
