Re: International LaningI would be up for this did Val d siere last year highest and largest off road park in Europe had a great time bit of a trek though
I would prefer a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Re: International LaningI am pretty sure Meezermum did some laning in France and had an absolute blast! I would have to cost it all out before I could commit.
Re: International LaningI have been considering posting a weeks do on the Isle of Man for some time (since Tom's do last September in fact).
The reason I say a week is because of the ferry cost. Easier to make it a weeks holiday with 3 days laning thrown in, however I believe the rules over there are slightly different to the UK. I did send an email to the IOM gov earlier this year and got a detailed reply on where you can and can't go and the rules on their PROW. Will see if I still have it Traffic lights in London are just rough guidelines
Re: International LaningYou need permits from the Manx Gov to go greenlaning in the IOM

Re: International LaningYou are right ste about the permits but not hard to get by all accounts
I was thinking about making it a family event where we do 3 days off roading and the rest of the time socializing and spending time with the family/sight seeing etc.... Maybe Germany could be option as we have people off the forum on the inside
Re: International LaningSome Belgium guys I know travel to Axel in Holland it's not that far and supposed to be a loverly area and there is an off road site and loads of lanning.
I will see if I can get some details I would prefer a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Re: International LaningI'm liking the sound of this.
Laura said she might come too as long as there's somewhere 'solid' to sleep Oh and I gotta try and price it up too, but I like the sound of international travel If it ain't broke, fix it before it does!! You know it will!!
Re: International LaningWe discussed this a few years ago, Finland was the topic.

Here good reports on France though, maybe French Farmer could give us an insite (haven't seen him on here in a while though) Stuart Remember, keep the greasy side down!
Re: International Laning
