Well mines in Riches work shop with

•one broken front drive shaft
•two both front bearings gone
•hand brake shot again looks like the shoes have gone
•and one big services As I have it done evey 6 months ,the oil is still clean as its only done 1.6k from the last one ow well more exspence

Stripped some paint off to get the rust underneath filled sanded and primed, cleaned it out and hoovered it first and last time for 6 months lol,

Not today...but on the 10th I reinsured it £93 and a few pennies a month....only £7 better than last year per month...but still better

took it off road for the first time well up the corner of a mates field. found out the ats are crud in mud. was surprised how she went up the hill just idleing in 2nd low

I had a fun day the other day i couldnt get it to go anywhere today i couldnt get it to stop. Brakes failed on a downhill in traffic. The pedal went rock hard and it wouldnt stop it slowed a bit but there was no brakes after a few miles i got use to it.
Fluids fine must be pads or master cylinder ahwell

I would say its either the vac pump on the back of the altenator, or the vac hose to the servo is split. Especially as you said you heard hissing the other day. Master cylinder going would give a soft pedal. If it is the master cylinder, its the same as a leafer fronty, or at least a 2.3. Double check your not losing vacuum on the black with red stripe hose.

Here is mine Drinks. I have arrowed it. You cannot see it but I have blocked it off as I have no need for vacuum apart from the brakes. The black/Red one serves the EGR's and QWS (quick warm-up system). The big one is the brake servo feed.

Removed the exhaust system from the cat back, What a pig of a job to get the cat out . Changed left engine mount. Tomorow just got o fit the new cat and center box.

Cleaned out the inside of a metric ton of rubbish, took off the spare wheel and deposited it in the boot, and then finished off by getting underneath it and removing the side steps. I would of taken the bumpers off but didn't want to temp fate tomorrow on her trip to surgery.

Reattached my side step, only took me two weeks to get round to it and ten mins to sort

Started swapping most of the front suspension from the Dti to the Troop. More tomorrow.

Looked at it...but got a pair of cheap track rod ends for her, not needed but you never know

She has done 3 miles in 4 weeks
