Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Took it on a site visit round Hullavington Airfield and found an old low concrete wall/edge of a hardstanding while going thru a wee bit of mud. Lucky I was only doing about 5mph, front wheels did as advertised and went straight over it, truck then dropped and landed on the gearbox bash plate with a wee bit of a bang...
Now need a new bash plate. This one is err bashed and in one place is only about 5mm away from the end of the gearbox output shaft casing (the bit pete had lol). A close call me thinks.... This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!after a 5 mile walk for new plugs and another sensor i found out a mile from my house when my 02 sensor got a bit to warm that my car wont run on either petrol or gas if one of the them is being a bugger. wouldn't mind i had sourced some 4 wire universal ones for under £20 a piece in Nottingham and was on my way to fetch them when it died just my luck lately its sort of been running right enough for me to bolt the front back on drop it off the stands and take it for a spin.
so had to give my friends in orange for a tow home got to admit the little guy that came out must of thought i was joking when i said the hill to my house is about 1-8 slope and my tank on the back of his little van sat in neutral was hilarious i could smell the poor sods clutch from mine as he crawled the last 20 feet round over the top of the hill and the corner. but he did a cracking job even if he couldn't get it started going to have to take a trip down there tomorrow to fetch them as getting p0138 bank 1 sensor 1 error which was a pain in the haris but while i had him out i got him to hook his ox of tricks up and check the maf and throttle positions sensors and any others he could check with the engine not running and everything else was working. just the 02 sensor not voltage not dropping to close the circuit.cheers
