There is no need to panic, they wont run short but the fuel prices will rise, what with this and the Persian Gulf thing

The Frontera was based on the MU and Wizard derived from the Trooper running gear, the MU/Wizard started 1989 though Isuzu changed the body to the Trooper style and General Motors took the licence to produce the MU/Wizard body derivative and they both share the chassis design and most of the drive train but GM went with its own engine options.

Mk.I Trooper started in 1981 ... was upgraded to the Trooper 2 (our Mk.I) in 1987. Early models recognised by having round headlights. Trooper 2 had rectangular ones.

A lot of people get confused with Trooper 2 (1987-1991) and Mk.II (1992-1994).

i still have the scars an owners manual two rear light guards 4x three spoke alloys and a metal wrap around bar minus the wrap part and three steel 16" so technically im still in the group as a frontera bits owners .

Replaced fuel filter
replaced rear indicator bulb and refixed rear light
Washed rear carpets to remove last weekends mud
Went to tweak the rear wiper and managed to shear off the wiper spindle
Fixed the child lock on the o/s/r door

Then took it through the forest in the snow. Big smiles
