Steve if I am perfectly honest I did cap this trip to maximum of 10 trucks. But as you are leading a group if you are happy to run 6 in your group I am ok with that mate

Dave as to running another group I am not will to do that mate sorry. As every Trip I have been on with 3 or more goups just courses trouble with cloging up the lanes this happened in Wales on the last fog laning trip

speaking of groups have we decided who is in what groups yet ? this will be my first trip out so im hoping to go with a few experienced people to give me some advise tips etc

Have not given the groups much thought as yet mate as it's still a good few months away
Would not worry to much mate as there will be a mixture of experienced people in both groups mate

Right then,
Things I want to do before strata...
1) wheels and tyres
2) suspension lift
3) cb radio, gotta be kept in the loop
4) snorkel
Not too much of a list to do,
Stuff I now done
1) wheels and tyres (15 inch A series on BFGoodrich A/Ts)
2) suspension lift (mark at mgautos supplied)
Halfway there and still got a few months to go.

my list is pretty much the same as yours mate but i have done nothing yet


but will be ordering springs in a min and hoping dave (dt1968) will be helping me fit them next sunday
tyres still looking at best size to go for after the lift ?
snorkel have half sorted just need to get some piping sorted
CB again have one in mind just need to order

also would love to get some protection on the under side but not sure how or where to get this yet ??

was unsure about muds as it still be my daily driver and would like a comfortable ride still

Yeah a decent set of muds will do the trick

Jobs for me to do.

Get bumper and winch fitted (it's off next week)
Service the damn thing - (Making a mess of Colley's drive)
Turn it into a pick
