So here goes!!
Jump in the Beast in Solihull and off I go!! Kids'n'Mrs in the car hoping they'll not get wet (I only forgot to close the windows once!! Honest I genuinly forgot.)
A quick journey down the A41 until I turn off onto the B4012,
Then a Right onto Ravenshaw Lane and an Immediate Left onto
Berry Hall Lane (This is a good Lane as it Floods frequently) then a
Right onto Henwood Lane and over the Canal and Down to the
Solihull Ford (Irish Ford) sometimes it's dry and other times it's 2ft deep!

Then a Left Turn after going under the M42 onto Barston Lane, All the way along there until you need to Turn Right and then Left over Knowle Lane staying on Barston Lane then along there till you Turn Right onto Hob Lane. Now this is a tricky one as you can't go straight down the Road as a Fronty will ground out so you Turn Right onto Elvers Green Lane and find yourself going over the Barston Ford , This one only really comes into action when the Solihull Ford has about 1.5ft - 2ft of water in it!

Then follow the Road round and come out at Kenilworth Road, hang a left and follow the Road down until you see Fen End Road on the Right (By a School) and Turn down there! Keep going until you come across a Left Turn Fernhill Lane, Straight over the Crossroads and you find One of the Sedgemere Fords (They both need a lot of rainfall to come into action but still provide a minor splash the rest of the time, But it's a nice drive)

Then turn around go all the way back to the Crossroads and Turn Right onto Long Brook Lane where you'll come across the other Sedgemere Ford

Then follow the Road down until you emerge onto Balsall Street again.
Here's the option of a quick Coke at a Pub Turn Right or Turn Left and head back up the Road until you see the Mud Lane Entrance of a UCR ! then 10 meters away from that is the Temple Balsall Ford , this nearly always has a minimum of 1ft of water in it and is my Personal Favourite

Regretfully it's one at a time and turn around and drive back through from the other side as the Green Lane/UCR on the other side is in a bad state! (Apparently some GLASS Members did a Repair Day on the UCR but it's been ripped to pieces by tractors) !!
Then Back onto Kenilworth Road for a Drive over to Henly-in-Arden, so it's back up to Knowle and across then down Station Road all the way down there until you hit the A3400 and Turn Left. Follow that all the way down and Through Henly-in-Arden then a Left Turn onto Warwick Road then a Left Turn onto Rookery Lane.
You're then looking for a Dead End Road called Preston Fields Lane...
This IS a Dead End for most vehicles as it becomes a Green Lane.
Head down the Lane and you go through Preston Fields Ford

Then drive out past the Farm and you're onto Henly Road.
Now you have a Choice, Turn Left and head back towards Henly or Turn Right and Head into Single Track Roads where it's easy to get turned around!!!
Back to Henly-in-Arden and along the A4189 then a Left onto the A435
and Hang a Left at Coughton Court down the Coach Access Road! Follow the Road along until you arrive at Coughton Ford (ALWAYS good for a Splash-Through with a decent Bridge for Pics/Vid!)

Then follow the Road all the way down the twists and turns until you reach the end at the B4089 then Turn Left and go all the way through Alne until you see the tiny Mill Lane on the Right! (You can tell by the Warning Signs for Ford and Weight Limit on the Bridge!) then Bounce your way down the Road until you get to the Bottom and find yourself at the Great Alne Ford

that's not me before you say anything

You emerge from the other side of the Ford into a Large Area that could take Several Vehicles at once and I guess that'd be the end of the trip!!!
So I drive back to Solihull with 2 Snoring toddlers, Bored 13yr Old and a sore Wife! So just to make them happy I burn up the Stratford Road through Hall Green, Turn Left onto Cole Bank Road Right onto Sarehole Road and then Left onto Green Road and straight through the Hall Green Ford

And then off home!!
That's my usual Ford-Run!!
It's more fun driving it than it was typing it
