I just fitted a DVD head unit to mine and swapped the wheels to my A serie wheelss with BFGoodrich A/T tyres on

Changed the thermostat, still no heat in the car, did 2.3td heaters ever work?

Changed all the vac lines for new blue silicone one's, 4x4 fault now gone
.Repositioned some of the cables to give them a bit more slack due to body lift. Jet washed the underside while I had the covers off.

I drove mine to the hospital whilst i was having an asthma attack i could of called for ambulance but i don't like wasting NHS money

Not much, just changed both handbrake cables. Tommorrow the steering gets it.
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been
Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered  )Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... The early A was more isuzu than vauxhall, nothing inside was vauxhallesque at all...

Controvertial, but err err err....yes
They dont drive as car-like on road as a B, but will put up with a lot more punishment without breakage off road... The A's only weak spot really is the front diffs, but they more often fail due to driver over exuberance than anything else...
