Right here is the repl I have recieved today.
I will get the Chapel (Hut is a converted Chapel) exclusivly for FOG
Hi Steve,
The Chapel is free at present for the weekend of 9/11 March 07.

If you wish to book for exclusive use the current rate for non-members is £4-75 per head per night with a weekend minimum of £95 based on a group size of 10.

If you intend to share with another group who may wish to book in the meantime the minimum charge does not apply, but your group size should not be more than 6.

I will keep the hut for your own use on the assumption that is what you require and would be grateful if you could let me know if this is not the case.

I am assuming that you have a key.

Sorry about the difficulties with my change of e-mail address I have not been able to receive any messages for the old address since the end of October and there was a long delay in having the contact address amended on the club website.

Ok Im playing with a few route ideas (many I havent done before) more soon.
In the mean time could we have a roll call and then I can work out final costings and start annoying you all for money.

Please State how many per car are sleeping over, and how long, this is based on two nights as thats the only way I could get the hut and it will be split equally even if you stay one night.

Dates confirmed, Friday 9 March to Sunday 11 March 2007.
