yes mate,well thats showing that your connection is bad,im 200 miles away from maidstone and i am getting a much better ping than you,so its down to your line or orange are having problems,i would ring them up and get them to test your line/connection,dont be suprised if they fob you off and blame bt though

before you ring them try plugging the router direct to the phone socket to rule out any extension problem,thats usualy the first thing they blame

Click Start

Click Run

Type cmd in the box

Click OK

A little window with a black background will open up

Type ping http://www.fronteraowners.co.uk

You should see something like the pic below...

just been looking up broadband speeds and orange seem to be the worst provider out there,i would start looking around and do the line tests and see what other isp's say they can give you,try these for a start,you also get a £5.11 discount if you have a o2 phone https://www.o2broadband.o2.co.uk/
