The 2.8 is a torquey engine not a speed buggy, plus its 15 years old

it is a torquey engine to get near the red line in 5th, only really tried to max it out cause of a clear private road and it needed a clear out, it probably will never get to that sort of speed agaain as my turbo sounds like a super charger rather than a turbo, (like the you tube video Click Me) i have just done a oil change after 300 mile from the last oil change

He wants to leave the engine ticking over for a minute or two before turning it off as the turbo will not get an oil feed with the engine off and as the turbo is so hot it will burn the oil in it and dry out.

It may still make the noise after ticking over for a bit but not to that extent

The only thing that lets them down is the electrics

The electrics are fine on the V6 as lond as your good at taking out the warning light bulbs

swapped my astra for my fronty :D:D

Finally finished refurbing all four wheels Crappy job .

Then realised the centre caps were in a minging state



Way beyond just a cleanup, so I spent an hour rubbing them all down , then primer/paint etc
