Saw a squirrel right next to us munching . Was a good day i got to be a DAD again for the day been a while since me and him had a day at the park together. My chest hurts from pushing him though god the air is cold.

Flushed all the cooling system and replaced the thermostat gasket with one cut from the cover of a haynes manual (about the only good for a Haynes manual to be used for)

Done loads today.
GTE dash has now been removed in favour of an original Fronty analogue dash due to the inaccurate speed reading.
The K&N induction kit has been changed back to the original GM air box in preparation for a snorkel to be fitted.
And I fitted a new alternator (just because I had a new one sitting here gathering dust)

Tomorrows jobs, are to fix the autohubs, wash & wax, and change the wheels so I'm back on road tyres rather than muddys
Traffic lights in London are just rough guidelines

Begun the "Things to fix before the MOT (20th march)" list

fitted new front wipers,
replaced blown side light bulb,
cable tied a couple of loose wires.

and in preperation for my next couple of days off (wed & thurs) ordered a new centre pipe and new lower ball joints.

still a fair few small jobs to do mind..well it's a start.
The greatest lesson in life is to know that even us idiots are right sometimes

LED running lights..
.

a small suspension raise
