Phew... Right, Pics are uploaded, a few good ones and a few not so good.

Just so everyone knows Alex took the first group to the Carwash while My group left to do a couple of lanes around the outskirts or Corwen so we werent waiting around for half an hour in the car park. Then it was off to the Carwash which was particularily low before heading onto the Wayfairer. After meeting with the first group briefly we had tea and sandwiches before heading up to Whitestones. We had only got to the 2 sets of gates at the start of Whitestones when Alex came on the CB to say that there had been an accident at the far side. A oval badged vehicle of some sort had somehow slipped off the slate climb and into the ravine. Apparently there were quite a few cars in that group but Il let Alex clarify as he saw it with his own eyes.

We continued along Whitestones to the side slope bits and to the next gate where we turned around, It would have been a shame not to have taken the first timers at least that far. We then headed to splashy lane and turned left at the crossroads (Inwardly I wanted to go straight on to the Pheasant Steps but I thought better of it ;-) )

A couple of lanes later and we were back at the start of the wayfairer before heading for the carwash again and the final meet in Corwen Carpark.

Very few hiccups, someone only had water in their cooling system tho and no additive so their water boiled and offered next to no cooling properties whatsoever. YES YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE :D :D :D

Overall a good day was had by all I would like to think and Im looking forward to the next one ;-)

Right, Piccy's... Beware there are a few of them again ;-) Vids to follow.

Cheeky sod wouldnt stay still, I had to delete quite a few pics I took of him as they were blurry and shaky but that was before I realised that it might have been a better idea to stop the car before trying to capture him on film ;-)

You cant see it in the pics but he had a big gobful of grass in his mouth :D :D :D

Well yet again it was a cracking day out  me and chey arrived in the carpark in corwen half hour early ,within half hour everybody had turned up introductions were made, groups decided, usuall F.O.G banter exchanged, and we were off, our group alex, rickytk horses45,and me bringing up the rear, were first to the corwen carwash, and off up the wayfairer,
Image
Image
Image

being dirty diesels second attempt at the wayfairer (first one popped rad) i was a bit worried about making it up,but all fronteras made it up with no fuss mine included ,at the sumit we were met by a group of 6 yes 6 green ovals, one had damage,
Image
Image

next it was the white stones after tea and bacon butties,
Image
Image

again we were met by a group of 6 green ovals one well and trully stuck
Image
our leader decided it would be wise to turn around as there was 10 cars in one place and another 4 on there way
then we did a few other lanes and headed back over the wafairer we met a group of 4 off peist on the top posing on the ridge above the wayfairer sign,Alex had a polite word and they soon left  then it was back through the river and into corwen,
Image,
Image,
Image,

To sum it up it was a great day,F.O.G at its best in my eyes, the weather was good on the wayfairer, good company,no major drama,a bit of overheating, but no drama, good to see newbies learning the ropes, the proper way,Big thanks to everybody, from the leaders to the newbies,to the gate keepers, you all played your part in making a great day even better,

hope you all made it back ok,as the heavens opened on the way home
