HOW GOD ARE THEY?

I have had my 2.2 16v for around 18 months and i must say that i have been over the moon with it, i bought it as a low mileage (only 65k now) with imaculate body/interior, good service history. my father in law reccomended me to them, however my experience has come crashing down in a flash, as my fuel pump packed in on my wife a couple of weeks ago, it has gutted me as cash is short now and i cannot really afford to have the work done. Anyway, im trying to sell it as it is in several places but have had no interest yet. I would have another one tomorrow if i had the cash. But as with lots of people at the moment the timing has not been good.
This site is really good, with lots of helpfull people on here willing to give help and advice. Hi to you all, hope you have more luck with your's!

Stretch,sorry to hear of your problems,there is always the Frontera Parts Wanted area where you could,if you so desired ask other members if they have the part you need or,if they know where there is one located.

are these fuel pumps a standard item? Do they share any other models?

I have a couple of petrol "intank" fuel pumps from a 2.0 (X20XEV) and another from a 2.5 V6 (X25XEV). You're welcome to either of them.

does anybody know if either of the above mentioned pumps will be compatible on my model??
