E-mail Problem :o( Please Help!

Any Ideas why I can not receive my emails, I know I have them lol when I clicked on my emails to receive them, can see the anti virus checking them,but then they are not in my 'out box'

would be most grateful... Thank you ( Please would you tell me in simple terms how I can find them Many Thanks )

Roo, not sure i understand. "outbox" should only contain emails you are trying to send. Emails recieved should go to your "inbox"

Who is your service provider?

If you have web mail if could be an outlook problem on your pc but if you cant get web mail either its most probably your isp.

I meant 'in box' not very good with the termanology that's what I mean they are not in my 'in box'

Have you checked your web mail ?

Do you have a junk mail folder/box - could be all your emails are being redirected to a junk mail / spam folder - could be something gone wrong with your spam filter ??? Just a thought.
I would call the tech line for your ISP and get them to talk you through some checks , they can send you an email and then help you work out where your problem is.

Think it was a bleep in the internet signal or something, thanks to Phil, he sorted it out for me so touch wood its all sorted now..
