password problem

Postby liamholly on Thu Mar 26, 2009 8:35 pm

Hi. Dont know if this is the right place to post this but here goes anyway. Using my laptop my username and password are remembered on the computer. The problem is when i go on the other computer i dont know my password. I enter my username and get the new password in my email but it will not accept it when i try to log in. It tells me to contact the administrator. Any ideas. Thanks Steve
