TOP 2 days out with the family (FOG). Congratulations Ian on a brilliant event, like Higgi said mate, just a number for us to beat next time round. Ok, so arrived on the camp site, set up tents, cracked open some tins.......then it was time to get modding.. The face of Angelina Once that was sorted n hope ya happy with it............we got a bit......mmmmmm how can i say, smashed on Bernies rocket fuel n cans of carling n Alex's Whiskey. After getting the pot upto more than £100 it was time for the mankini, so the stage was set, lights n all.. We were given mr Drift in his mankini n Sir-Dorris in his glittery disco ball thong. But i was to busy laughing to get pics sorry guys.Did the track, waited for confirmation, made the FOG mosiac on the car park. Then convoyed up n headed home. Look who Dan n I got to follow......... Bobster was with us aswell but he was to slow for me to get any pics. Once again Thanx to Ian n everyone that turned up. Hope to see u all again soon. Thanx Mark.

By the way, being as I'm a thickie and forgot to take a camera with me, does anyone object to my putting some of these pics in an album on my facebook account so my friends can see what I got up to at the weekend?

Sorry I didnt post last night but we didnt get back till about 10pm then had to sort the caravan out. I'm at work at the mo but will post piccies tonight. Can I just say a big thanks to everyone who turned up, I may have organized it but you lot made it possible. My whole family had a brilliant weekend, even Gail who was full of flu. A massive thanks to all the guys at the mobile chop shop, I mean campsite, for sorting my bumper out, Gail said it was like the tictac advert Well done to drift and sir-doris, what a laugh. And thanks to Bernie with his flame thrower for getting my bbq going Well the actual number we got was 44, (i cant count), not as many as said would be coming but what the heck, we still set the record and had a damn good time doing it. My boy, Callum almost got his inheritance early when, 15 minutes before we were due to roll, he locked my keys in the truck, and nearly gave me a breakdown. It was fantastic to meet you all and hope to do something similar next year. A big thanks to my wife, Gail. She has absolutely no interest in cars but was there to support me and did a fantastic job with the paperwork and getting the kids to a safe distance when the keys incident went off. She had a great time and really enjoed meeting you lot. She said it was refreshing to see so many people who's interest is cars, doing something good for a change. A very big thanks to Andi Madchef, none of this would have happened if it wasnt for you mate. I appologise if i have missed anyone out, my head is still spinning. I will be setting up a "just giving" page soon for you to send your collections into and will post the link on here (thanks for the idea furball) Anywho, got to do some work, I'll post the piccies later Ian

Thanks to ian and all for pulling it off, it was our first meeting with you all and we loved it. IT was great to all the different variations of fronteras, and the things that we saw that people had done to thier fronteras were amazing. I've gotta say a big thanks to 4x4 bobby and chrissy, they managed to convince my other half that we need to upgrade our fonty ( bog standard at the moment ) and create a cupboard list.lol A BIG thanks to alex for the shackles, they are a start of many a job to do to the fonty now, and it's down you guys that i now have the go-ahead to change bits and bobs. I will be re-searching this site now for hints and tips and how to's and dont's to get the fronty ready for alex's beginners green laning and further future meetings. All in all,it was a fantasic day out and great fun,oh and chrissy and 4x4 bobby if you could also persuade my missus to go camping that would be great.lol

Firstly may I say thank you to everyone who turned up for what can only be classed as one of the best FOG events I have been apart of. Secondly one great big thank you to Ian (bobbinsjob) the man that kept it running, both on the day and behind the scenes and to all the other members that played a part in keeping Ian going. And for the last minute adrenaline rush as we all found out Ians truck keys were in the truck and the truck was locked 20 minutes before we were all due to start our drive towards the track (best stunt yet Ian your kids are the best) Thirdly a message for Lee from Dover I could'nt possibly change your misses mind about camping BUT I could suggest a little caravan that you could tow with the truck and then you could come to our midlands pay and play days/green lanning, and we could put your caravan in my back garden and if you had electric hookup we could plug it in and then you could come up for a weekend and have a drink and we could organise a get together with some of us and you could get more ideas, you could even come up for the 4x4 show at Donnington where you can buy bits from, am I geting close to changing her mind yet, my caravan is really nice and its only a 3 berth regards Chrissy.
one life, live it.

Hello ladies and gents Thank you ever so much to Ian & everyone who made this weekend happen. It was fantastic. Also thank you to the random person who sang me 'Stacey's mum' Sorry I was a little past the point of Sober & began to forget everyones names etc. Although it was hard work remembering them all anyway I must admit, I still have that smile on my face..! But it'll be gone tomorrow when I get back to work Hope to see you all soon. Take care for now Stace xx
