What a fantastic day.
Some drama getting there (saw a woman get knocked over)
We yup beached the LWB on the RED route winched off, good fun.
The site is quiet interesting more rocks than anything lots of clunking and clanking, no damage though.
Poor old Tim Bumptj well what can I say, the guy is a loon, nothing could stop him , he did the green route a few times, then every time he saw red route flag, he was off up some stupidly steep hill or down some stupidly steep hill .
Did a vey deep pond/lake e few times.
And one lucky Marborough man nearly drowned his car with amini sunarmi
But did fantastic with his road tyres
Then poor old Tim cut out going up another silly steep hill.
Had a drama getting him to the gate but the site staff managed it.
Tim had to wait for a recovery to get him home and Mike and Steve1 where called and assisted and kindly waited with him after what looked like a possible imobliser problem.
Gladly as far as I know its not terminal for Tims motor, just and electrical problem.
All in all a very intresting day and met a few more of you peeps
Im going to sort out the pics and if I have time get some posted.
