Same here mate, but mines not even lifted. I can't afford to damage it in any way and I want to keep it in good nick. My main interest is with bikes but still want to have a dabble in my frontera. What's it like there anyway? Are there tamer areas for the less hardcore? :)

I'll be taking the Sport, and whilst it looks modified, the suspension is standard - well, a little lift but with standard length shocks.

I too will be taking it easy, as until I can get the BBB through the MOT I'm commuting in the Sport

Winding up the torsion bars will give a little more clearance at the front, but that's about it - you will still be running standard length shocks so your suspension travel will actually be less.

Leave them it as it is, get some experience of how a standard Frontera performs (you'll be surprised) and then plans for modifications based on your days P&P experience.

I personally wouldnt bother removing the ARB. The frontera is a very capable vehicle without a suspension lift and there wont be much advantage if it just removed for the day and 'probably' wont be a huge advantage without a lift (my opinion). I had been to plenty of P&P days before I had my lift and have only grounded a few times, Ive also grounded with the lift (I have a LWB tho) so it really is a matter of picking your line and not getting over-enthusiastic.
I also drink Port and I'm not ashamed to say it!
