Hi, to you all
Just bought a fontera 2.2 03
Thought there might be a club typed in fontera and here I am.
age 63 been around a bit just sold trooper citation 95 been good but costing to much to run , hopr this is going to be better?

Born in Herefordshire, lived in West Sussex since 1970. been a carpenter, an army man a mech/bodyman and a few bits between.

So what to expect from this Fontera?

Hello mate ...Welcome to FOG ..

which 2.2 is it ....a diesel or the petrol one long or short wheel base??

if it's the diesel (DTi) vx had just got all the glitches (like the dodgy injection pump seals)

if it's the petrol one ....keep an eye on the oil pressure ..as it suffers from throwing rods out through the block

you should see around mid 30's for the diesel ....and around the late 20's for the petrol
