advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I got a 1996 2.0 frontera last week, and would like any advice anyone can give. I've never owned a 4x4 so unsure what to look for, i've found a good mechanic who likes fronteras so thats a start but any other advice is really welcome. Anything from things to look out for, general maintenance to good off road places for beginners, cos when i've fixed him up i really want to try it,

I've had a good look round the site and so far really like what i see

Look forward to getting to know as many people as i can

General maintenance is more or less the same as any other car


offroading ....not sure as you're up in the Hul area

thanks sean for the advice, and i apologise for saying northeast but unfortunately hull is not east either so i just picked the nearest region!!!!!
