Coolant problem

Hi All

Just introducing myself as profshaved (Keith) I have just recently prchased a Frontera 2.3 diesel 1994 (M) from a friend. I know that when he got the vehicle he had maintainence work carried out on it by so called proffessionals over here in Germany. (Live and work here since leaving the forces) However one of the jobs that was done was the coolant system (dont think so) my problem is that they surposably fitted a new radiator which conseqently blew whilst i was driving home. I had the radiator checked out by a specialist and found it not to be new ! had to purchase another new one.
I dont fancy going back to this garage for the repair but only for a fight to get my money back !!
