New here. Hi !!

Hello, I am posting here because I have an Opel Manta with a 2.4 Frontera engine in it !! The engine is a GM crate motor I bought and is not from a Frontera so none were harmed in the making of the car !!
I came upon this site while looking for some info and thought i would register and if i need any info about the engine/injection system or can offer any advice i am in the right place.

The 2.4 petrol engine is covered in the Haynes manual (No 3454) - and in the 2.4 section of this forum

Thanks for the welcomes ! I have been mucking about with the 2.4 engines for a while and have been lucky with buying engines that are already out of the car or new, the ones i have had from people breaking Fronteras seem to always need a re-build, they can wear out the bores for a passtime, I suppose its due to the short piston skirt and long stroke.
I have found that when set up and running correctly in a Manta the engines produce and amazing amount of torque and transforms the Manta into the car that GM should have made.

I have a few very good contacts with in the manta club and at opelclassic-parts in Trier Germany so can normally find any parts needed for people if they have a opel or GM part number.
