Hi Graham, Yes, I'd try breakers yards too. If you keep a stock car then you'll sure be good at improvising and should not find any difficulty fitting the hardtop. Make sure the moon roof is not warped (they can do so in extreme heat), and make sure it's watertight. There again you could always go round with the sealant gun, and then polish the whole lot off with Turtlewax "Black In A Flash" even if it was a bit leaky.
The 2.0 engine is robust and what it lacks in c.c.'s it makes up for in the Fronties gearing. Should be just the ticket. Tony.  1996 2.0 Sport - owned since October 1998.
