New Fronty Owner not sure if I love it or hate it! HELP!

Hi all love the forum you all seem very helpfull, I have bought a lwb 1997 2.2i petrol, lovely condition, but has some niggles. Can any one tell me if these are normal or something wrong with the car?

1) as I pull of seems to take a second for the clutch to dis-engage
2) when accelerator is slighlty depresed there is some vibration
3) ECU light came on went into limp-home mode then back off, garage looked at it cant find any problems,and did it again?

Please help, want so much to love the car, but seems to be a bit poor build quality. :?:
