It's nothing like the nissan.

Lovely car to drive my old man test drove one before he got his insignia and really liked it, had a blast myself and liked it to dive to real nice.

It's the same as the Chevy Captivia just different badge

Try telling that to my local dealer..If he say's it looked like the Nissan then i take he meant it...Still aint a Frontera though....Vx stated it to be just that long before it even came out.....Ohh No its not.....I Prefer the older cars myself as is the case with most motorists and not these monstrosities you can't even work on...Looks pretty and shiney but way to techy for my liking.

Just think in 15 years this site could be the Frontera and Antara group, which unfortunately would make us all FAGS instead of Foggers :?

Will be interesting to hear you're feedback once you've had chance to get the feel of your Antara.
Don't GM do a cross badged equivalent under the Chevolet dealerships?
Personally I like the idea of the modern 4x4 sensor option SUV's. Upright driving position with 4 doors, just right for getting the elderly inlaws about
We had a test drive in a 1.5 Dacia Duster 4x4. Plenty of low end torque but will take a month of Sunday's to zip away. Basic motor but did tick enough boxes for the job required without the massive depreciation. If a Duster does come anybody's radar you need to go for the later facelift motors made in Romania rather than the poor build quality initial motors made in India - that came from a dealership insider. The visible differences are the black rear hatchback door and square top front grill pattern on the facelift models.

My mate from the Dacia Group dealership told me they sale hell of alot around London - basically no frills motoring that doesn't cost alot in the first place, hence if parking dinks etc and nobody owning up, apparently very common in the built up areas, not alot of tears if higher bucks had been laid out - took his word for it.
What he did say is the next motor up from the Sandaro/Stepway is the bigger Logan Estate, which apparently carries a very good value for money badge for a no frills motor.
Duster still ticks my box because of the Renault 1.5 diesel engine and Nissan Qashqua 4x4 running gear.

Drifty's plan for tommorow morning:

1. Wake up
2. Brush Teeth
3. Ban BoxCleva

N'ah thats not Dwifty's morning plan...

its...

1.Wake up
2.Gaze around and try and establish which room he fell asleep in
3.Move painfully into sitting position
4.Pick up empty stella bottles that have now fallen on the floor
5.Switch on Tv and catch the last few minutes of Jeremy Kyle
6.Clean teeth and get in shower
7.Get out of shower and remove wet clothes
8.Get back in shower again
9.Recite Tom Jones "its not unusual" with lovely "plate reverb effect" afforded by the tiles in bathroom
10.Shave, and shave head
11.Wash bits...several times...and then again "just to be sure"
12.Get out of shower
13.Pose in mirror for 30 seconds
14.Breath again
15.wander downstairs
16.Turn on pc
17.Ban Boxcleva
18.Get dressed

Thats more like it I reckon...I would be more worried, Boxcleva, that he thinks about you when he's naked more that getting banned!

Where is his wife/girlfriend interaction time in the morning in his schedule ? Is he alone ?
Or he interacting with a pet in the morning ? :)
