Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Ignition key got difficult to turn in the ignition switchwhen I left work. Got it going and drove home, gave the ignition barrel a dose of WD40 and that cocked it right up. Stripped the covers off the column and managed to wriggle and fiddle with the key to turn it into the Aux position then poped the barrel out. The key and/or the slide plates must be worn as there was a lot of plate showing with the key in the barrel. fettled the plates down flush as they should be, clean it all up and reassembled. Works a treat, good for another 18 years.

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Fixed an oil leak on the girlfriends Bighorn. Been getting steadily worse. After jet washing the underside (which took over half an hour to get through all the oily gack) I drove it around to allow it to bleed out. Turns out the oil pressure switch had undone itself. All back together and no more leaking.

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Last once over. Dryed the bits that should be dry and wetted the bits that should be wet. Loaded the boot with various tools and spares. Caravan all cleaned and prepped. Just clothes and stuff to pack then we're ready. First day back at work tomorrow after 7 weeks off with the ribs oh and last day before me holibobs hehe....well I don't wanna be overdoing it

Going to bed now for a hour and a half stare at the ceiling then up at 7 to to find the tent and load the truck for bala stopping at Newmarket lol
