Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!today i have taken the swan out for a drive to collect my aerial for the duck, and got new rear speakers, fuel filter, airfilter, spark plugs for it
and found out my head unit is buggered... so when i got home i replaced the head unit with one i had stored put the new rear speakers in (now have rear speakers put the mats in and now thinking about doing the filters and spark plugs. ohh and on a side note spark plugs for a 2.0 sport are £5 a pack in halfords... or £9 with the trade card CARTREK

Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!well yesterday my drivers door wouldnt open with key or from inside ,,so after looking online there was talk of ripping the door card out and drilling out the catch ,,so this morning i assessed the situation and with a stanley knife cut a small access hole where the catch is ,,this gave me enough space to push the plastic lock assembly down which unlocked the door ,,opened it took off the door card then doused the lock assembly in 3 in 1 oil spray ,,i now have a fully working lock again and all the central locking works again ,,,,,,,,,until the next time but then i have the access hole there to be able to open the door not pretty but its functional
