Hello people!!! Well its the time of year that the annual meet has been organised for the 2nd 3rd 4th May 2014. This year will be the use of a caravan site near Bala. http://tyisafbala.co.uk/We will have a lot of green laning organised or you can organise your own and there will be links to other amenities that can be done by you lucky campers. There are Hot Showers and clean toilets close to all the pitches and a play area for children, they also have exclusive fishing rights to there part of the River Dee. Please check out their web site. http://tyisafbala.co.uk/ We have secured 8 Tent pitches with electric hook up and possibly 10 caravan pitches. This year we need your payments up front as these pitches have to have confirmed bookings and be paid for outright. If this is not done we will loose some of the pitches, as this is the first bank holiday of May and they do get busy, these all need to be paid for by the first week of January 2014, obviously the sooner the better! If people wish to stay for longer they can pay Chris when they arrive. Wynn & Chris are extremely good host's and made our stay very pleasant. The prices are:- Adult £5 per night Child £2 per night Electric hookup £4 per night BBQ £10 So for example a family of 4 for 3 days it would cost:- 2x adults £30 2x Children £12 (under 10) Electrics £12 BBQ£10 Total £64 We will have the obligatory raffle and plenty to do. Also those that wish to do a Pay & Play site Bala Off-Road Site is 5 minutes away. We will find out the cost of that for you!!! Here is a site you might want to take a look at gives loads of options for things to do and then back to the camp site for the evening banter:- http://www.attractionsnorthwales.co.uk/home.php?/Home We are looking forward to your bookings and hope to see you all there!!!!! Regards Drifty, Bobster and the FOG Team

Phew... So I just need to get a lead then ......
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ) Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Tis a bit early sorting out convoys but your welcome to follow... convoys normally sorted about two, maybe three weeks before (or was that hours last year?) And yes, it's well worth coming.

looks good to me- Her in doors wants to come too, so count us in- will be great to talk to some Fronty people, rather than the normal Landrover sorts (I am a recovering landrover addict too...)

Not sure if I missed this but is there a Paypal or something set up to pay camping fees yet?
The first week of January is only 5 weeks away now and I am going to be broke again for another month very soon and I am running out of paydays!!
To check :
Camping 3 X £5 per night X 2 for myself & minisqueeks = £30 Electric 3 X £4 =£12 BBQ = £10 Total = £52 ?
