Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!A bit of fettling with the other hub, this time the spring in the manual hub had disengaged as unnoticed by me the alan key bolts had slacked off again even with thread lock on (new locking washers to be fitted) so rebuilt the locking hub and did some small mods and took her for a drive for the first time in nearly three weeks and realised I have only put £30 worth of fuel in since the annual meet

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Started to get that plastic stuff off the Bull-Bars prior to a good clean up of the rusty spots and then a couple of coats of Hammerite black. It should be easier to sort the tree rash and rust patches in the future.

Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Fecking steering wobble still there - i figured it was the delaminated tyre Somethings loose on the steering - between the tre and the wheel. The tre is solid but if you hold the track rod and turn the wheel you feel the clunk.
