Greg you need to make a sliding extention bar for launching. We used to do that to our trailers at the angling club. Its just 2 lengths of box one able to slide inside the other mount this into the trailer and when you get to the slip you pull out the pin let it extend and replace pin. Mine was 6ft extending to 11ft that keeps 12" to put the pins back in. Made launching well easy as it goes in further and keeps the truck out the sea water.

Yesterday I fixed the lack of speedo and overdrive on the G/F's Bighorn. Turned out to be the drive in the transfer case for the speed sensor. Sourced one from a local scrappy and now I have overdrive and know how fast I am going.

Also ripped the dash out and cleaned 20 years of crud out of everything including all the vents. Fixed some suspicious home built wiring behind there while I was at it as well.

Yesterday:
Finished building the mkII dashboard mod, fitted the boost gauge, wired in a 12volt multi socket in the front, and another one in the back, and cleaned 3 months worth of builders crud and dust out of the carpets and seats

Today:
Fitted new rear discs and pads. it now doesn't buck like a wild horse when you brake

I unlocked the boot, had a look for something that wasnt actually in the truck and then locked it back up again One day.....some day I might get some time to fix it before its insurance and MOT run out

I've done sod all to the cars because I've not had time ( 13 hours shafts at work ) I've got to find some time to check over the 2.8 before the MOT on the 14th

Working for this company I've already done 12 hours today and I've still got one more drop to do. So I won't finish until about 9:30pm

So 16 and a half hours at work. And I've still got to be in work at 6am

Nipped up one front wheel bearing, and changed the other. Oil and filter.

All nice and quiet now as 2.8s go

Well after 2 1/2 years my silver B series, that i got off Horses45 (rob) is now ready to go back on the road with 12 months mot, and a 2.5td Isuzu engine

havent done much lately due to depression with alot of things gone on but not to let it beat me ,,i have lifted front bumper matching the body lift and fitted front arches and wil do rears tomoro i hope and then 33"s back on

Thursday I Taxed it for the first time since I bought it having fixed its water leak
Friday did a 75 mile trip to Moy game fair Never missed a beat.....
Today off shopping and booked a trailer for a horse show and its first pulling duties on the 25th and its a taxi later to pick the Mrs up

Now Im off to catch up on whats been happening as the Mrs is off out with the girls for the night
