Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... I have a work truck again. with brakes that work Ian had abit of a moment when I tested the brakes. Doing about 20mph towards a fence I had faith in the work we done but Ian wasn't to sure

Managed to wash the insides of the air vents, heater matrix, carpets, seats etc etc... tis now drying out. Sadly no fish. O-no Finished the welding, and promptly ran out of mig wire! Gonna give the patches a clean up and some paint on tommorrow. MOT next week me thinks. This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Fitted bullbar Replaced lamps in the switches they are now all working Went searching scrap yards yesterday found one place with four fronteras in Removed switches for spares and a few handy bits inc bumper lights all in good condition just got to do some tidying off bits before swapping and fitting too mine

looked underneath and saw this: ![]() Oil drain from the alternator had rubbed against the steering box mount, and wore a hole. fixed the cooling fan and replaced the top hose.

10 litres of 15w40 mineral oil - £24 a oil filter - £6.99 5 litres of green and seeing as the chap gave me some discount some distilled water too some rad flush - £4.04 a new oil catcher tray because I cant for the life of me find my old one.....shame because my old 1 was a container tyre oil catcher....the new 1 is just a cat litter type tray Grand total of £57.59 Oh and walked away from dominos with a application form as a delivery driver....aha should be a laugh lol ![]() My 2.8 shorty - now sold, and comments here My old dti - now sold "Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "WOW --- What a Ride!"
