Easy Dan ... she will have a heart attack with all that cleaning Yaki That does sound like the early non-intercooled inlet off the Trooper 2.8. The branches are almost square in shape from recollection. Does the bonnet have a scoop. In which case it should have a TMIC. You will be losing power if not. Any 2.8 and 3.1 TMIC should just bolt on. Just remember to get the mount brackets as well. Also you might need to rotate the compressor housing snail on the turbo to get the hose from the turbo to intercooler to line up.

Go-Kart (MX5) not the truck...
Rad out, front covers off, cam belt & bearings off, water pump off and in the bin. New oil seals to the crank and cam shafts. New water pump fitted, new cam belt and bearings fitted, front covers back on, rad back in.... And the battery was flat so no starty. Will jumpstart it in the morning and take it for a run later to charge it all up.
Started at 21:00 and just finished now, 00:34.
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ) Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Took it through as many puddles as I could find. Especially ones that were more like fords than puddles Unfortunately the car got covered in fecal matter as bromsgroves sewers overflowed, not a nice smell Still fun though
If it ain't broke, fix it before it does!! You know it will!!

Got a spare tyre from Foggy about 18 months ago, Bobbins put a wheel aside for me about 3 months ago, which I collected a month ago and today I mated them together. Not like that you pervy ones. I now have a spare wheel to keep in the garage and never have cause to use with a bit of luck.

Whilst masquerading as a power press engineer I managed to fit my 4 new Rough Country shocks and cut off all the rotten brake disc guards(s$%t catchers) and bled the brakes. A new track rod end to fit tomorrow and all ready for the MOT

Hundreds of houses around bromsgrove was completely flooded out including my sisters house She had 4 foot of water in the house and completely wrecked it. I have never seen a storm like it in the uk. within 10 mins of raining there was rivers running down every road by me
