Oh, my new tyre turned up
And it seems the old once I thought may be a bit worn are not and holding up well as I
thought the original tread depth was 19mm not 15mm

Fitted a new snorkel head done gearbox oil and other fettling

I would turn it around in the rain, looks crap but save ramming water into the air box

Removed the flappy paddle thing from the exhaust
Checked all earthing points
Put some sealant on my EGR blanks

While I was under there noticed an oil leak around the oil filter. Turns out the filter was loose. 5 full 360 degree turns to tighten it

Yup the 2.8 is like that, you need to watch them

fitted new discs and pads to the front , then put the 18" wheels back on ...15's don't do it justice

I stuck my mates 22's off his hilux on my 2.8 a while back to see how it looked...Had it been slammed instead of lifted it would have been sub-zero cool!

does breaking the clutch master cylinder count? lol wasnt impressed having drive from stoke to derby with no clutch after spending 2 weeks and a couple hundred quid getting it ready for silverdale pay and play!

knocked up a new lighting bar and spot lights. Need to wire them up still but seeing what they look like and can't be bothered to stand wiring in the rain...

(oh and the orange bucket pictured is to catch the leaking radiator..... , although its stopped temporarily by using that sealant you put in the coolant but doubt that will be a permanent fix....?)

i found a big problem with Bob today im not happy now
when i bought the car i checked it all over no problems
i flushed the water way so i could renew the antifreeze last week all was fine then to today i check the expansion tank and there is black oil in it.
