Checked the oil, water and tyre pressures for a trip out on Salisbury Plain with the Landy boys tomorrow.

Finished the rest of my service and fitted a new oil pressure switch so now no more leaking

i have just ordered about 9 meters of LED light strips for my car

will have some fun when they come they are in 12 bits

Timing belt done and new front wheel bearings both sides. What a pain in the arris that was, but got it done none-the-less. She starts at a hint of the key turning, and sounds much quieter and smoother to drive. Quite shocked really at the change, she must of been slightly out before even though she pulled strong and fast.

Fitted my new longer silicone pipe to the safari snorkel, was doing some work on the car and found the original one i used was too short! Also fitted my new phone bracket next to the radio (£6 on ebay!). Means i can put the sat nav there instead of on the windscreen, bonus.

Just need my new upper manifold to arrive now and will hopefully have a healthy truck again (touch wood)

Next is to get a bar to fit my roof lights

Cleard the truck from laning equipment and replaced the bulbs of the citiylight wich sadly refused working suddenly last night. As the normal driving light in the durch forest was a no-go concerning not to confuse wild animals we used a torch for a wihle...

Had a great day out on and around Salisbury plain with Bourne Valley off road. 9 land rovers and 1 frontera guess who got stuck 1 discovery and 1 series 3. Can't wait for the next one
