if your backs that bad rob get yourself something like in the link, if you camp regurarly theyre a nice luxury to own,& your back wont get as cold because your off the ground most angling shops & argos stock something similiar !

OMG I've just realized how unready I am! I only have tonight to pack the truck with everything because tomorrow I'm staying in cambridge because its my mates 21st! and I still got to wash some clothes and charge a load of batterys, find the tent etc! arrhhhh!
