Sensible question time again.... Are there any 240v powerpoints that we'll have access to??
I've got 12v stuff for most things I'd like to charge (phone, etc) but it'd be nice to have somewhere to plug the charger for my camera & handheld CB batteries.

Cheers Andy.

Also, does anyone have a spare magmount floating about??
I'm bringing my portable CB for stretch, and while the dubber duck antenna is fine if you're wandering about in the open and using it, inside a car range is severely limited and will probably only be okay for use for the convoy on the way up. I think I have the bases covered for a spare antenna & the adapter for a fullsized connector, but I've only got one magmount at the moment which I'm using. If anyone can bring a spare for the weekend, that would mean decent coverage over the whole site.

Cheers,
Jim.

Oh yer... Been poking around the loft today, turned up a cricket set; may as well bring it along as I'm sure it'll entertain the kids :?:

I'll also have my 400w inverter. Not the most powerful thin in the world granted, but may come in handy.

I've got a small inverter and car chargers for the batteries as well, just wondered if 240v mains was available.
If I can pop it on a genny, all the better, heh. The batteries will be for the portable CB you're using stretch :D

Rob, Andy...
Bring what you got I say - the more radios, etc; the better.

Think I'll pass on the BBQ bananoids though, just bring marshmallows for the brazier.
