Got my new CV joint today, Went to fit it but had a small problem...

repaired the brake lines, but my self bleed kit has gone walk abouts,

i wont matter about the length, as the circilp is in the same place, but the shoulder is going to give you problems

circlip wont fit as it has a totaly different end on the new one,
The new one has a screw thread in the end of it while the old one is 1 cm longer with a reduced circumfrence for the circlip

opened the rear door with the key!!!
and cleaned all the loose tools up. found another 3 cans of tyreweld and 2 bottles of redex that I'd forgotten about (damn ASDA and their roll back policy, evertime it's on I buy more!!) even got 2 diesel redex's..don't have a diesel in the household! why?...coz it's cheap, and you never know

i loked at my suspect hub and found that my front diff is buggered

and went out on a lil lane near mine, got stuck and then wile extracting my self i bent the drivers door so it was along the wing
so ratchet straped that back, and got in through the window and then sorted it out when i got home

not in my fronty but i found that wee red straw i lost for my wd 40 2 years ago when diggin a hole where the old garage sat just need to find my 13mm an 11mm impact socket thats under the mud somewhere an the head for my hose clips flexi screwdriver

Having replaced the N/S lower balljoint a week or so back, the infernal squeak is back...on the O/S balljoint! Grrrrr. More expense and greasy mitts.

i clean the inside of her when i got back from work changed the driverside bulb in headlamp main beam and tomoz going to clean outside with a polish me thinks and give water system a flush out
