Purchased a four pin flasher relay with the "C" post - wasn't a direct plug-in fit so had to make connector tails. All flasher functions worked ok but no dashboard trailer light illumination - with or without the trailer board connected. Looks like I've bought myself a spare flashedr relay!

Finally ordered some stainless tube and a snorkel top. Yup, after wittering on about it for a couple of years I decided to take the plunge (pun intended) after a hairy moment during the recent floods.

Dragged the 5.13 diffs into the garage and started cleaning them up in preparation for fitting to the truck sometime in the next few weeks.

Finally managed to get the steering idler changed out, woohoo no play in the steering now....
Also replaced o/s/f indicator and sorted out the rear door handle that seemed to have stopped working since
replacing the outer door handle, all it was, was a rusty mechanism. Quick squirt of the old WD40 and right as rain....

Now for the MOT on Saturday, keep fingers crossed.....

Recieved my new lower ball joint, courtesy of FleaBay, hopefully fit it at the weekend after footie with the boy and cure that infernal squeaking/creaking once and for all!

Well here we go again bloody engine management light came on this morning,but the sodding thing still runs fine

Spent 1 hour checking what it could be still nothing

I fitted these nice new wipers to Beasty, and greased the tow ball, coz it looks like it's never seen any for the last 14yrs....
